Just off of the main Rana Verde Road, you will find the Charming property, Villa Davida., a newly available property Situated close to the town of Chiclana, the award winning Barrosa beach and some of the best golfing facilities in Spain. The Costa De La Luz is often described as Spain's last undiscovered treasure. The property is currently being extensively refurbished by the current owner with a recently built pool. The villa is available all year round. The accomodation is made up of the main house and a newly constructed 'Cassita'. The house has 2 large bedrooms, a new bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, lounge with leather corner sofa, 42' plasma TV, Full Sky TV package, DVD player, and a seperate dining area. A useful feature of this property is the roof terrace which is the size of the complete house and is a magnet for the hot Spanish sun. The villa is airconditioned and is entered via electric gates. There is parking for 2 cars, and the gardens have a small heated pool, outside shower, and an area housing the washing machine. The ' Cassita ' is detached from the house and has patio doors which open onto the pool area. It has its own bathroom including walk in shower, basin and WC. The property can sleep 8 guests(based on 4 persons sharing the casita on two double beds. Please note this is a rural Spanish home & therefore water pressures etc are not the same as the Uk and can fluctuate.
