Downstairs in the kitchen, there is a small sink unit, cooker, fridge/freezer, oil fired burner which supplies hot water and full central heating to every room, each radiator with its own thermostat. A large wall cupboard with ample storage space, contains cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.
In the dining room – fold down table with 4 chairs, sideboard with table mats and table linen.
In the cosy lounge there is a comfortable three pieces suite, electric fire, nest of tables and a colour TV. To the outside there is a small porch attached to the kitchen and a downstairs toilet.
There is an attractive patio area which joins to a lawned area, surrounded by shrubs. An outside light illuminates this entrance at night. A rotary clothes line is available. Pets are welcome. Ample parking – space for two vehicles.
