This villa is situated in peaceful countryside.There is fresh water fishing in a large well stocked reservoir within walking distance.There is a private swimming pool with gated access with safety in mind for young children.The villa sleeps 6 comfortably.Access to sun terraces from all bedrooms.Master bedroom with en suite shower.Family bathroom. Further shower room on ground floor.Large lounge with music centre,television and DVD.Comfortable study/sitting room.Dining room seats six. Well fitted kitchen and utility room with dishwasher and washing machine.Outside the pool has grecian steps into 1 metre graduating to 2 metres at the deepest end.There is a barbeque area close to the pool with a large brick built barbeque.Tavira is a 10 to 15 mins drive. There are lots of beautiful beaches and fine restaurants, also golf courses all within a short drive. Tavira is a lovely old town with cobbled streets a roman bridge, 13 old churches and the remains of the old castle walls which afford lovely views over the town. Fishing boats are moored alongside the river that runs through the centre of town and freshly caught fish is enjoyed in the local restaurants.There is a well stocked supermarket in town,also an indoor market where fresh produce is sold daily. There are also lots of local bars and restaurants here. Further along the coast you can take a short ferry ride to Spain. Alternatively you can drive over the bridge which joins Portugal to Spain. The coastal resort of Monte Gordo caters for water sports, it also has a gambling casino.Nearby Cabanas is a local fishing village.There are lots of different resorts along this stretch of coastline and miles of golden beaches.The villa is situated in an acre of its own grounds. NOT LEVEL. It is very quiet and peaceful. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday then this is the place for you.
