A lovely two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms in a pretty Andalucian style building only five minutes walk from the beach. The front balcony looks over the pool, garden and sea, and the back looks over a pretty square with many outdoor cafes and restaurants, towards the mountains.
A superb privately owned apartment in New Bonanza Square
All the furnishings and fittings are new. There are marble floors throughout, and each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The hallway leads into the living room which is beautifully furnished with two sofas and a dining table and chairs. It has a cd player and English Satellite TV. The living room opens onto the balcony which overlooks the garden and swimming pool, and the sea. It is on the third floor.
The kitchen is extremely well equipped, with ceramic hob, full oven, microwave, washing machine, large fridge freezer and a table with chairs. There is a small enclosed balcony off the kitchen with a separate area for drying washing. From here there are views over the square towards the church and mountains, and also over the park.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed, and leads through french windows onto the balcony. The other has two singles, with a pull out single underneath. Both bedrooms are in their own separate areas of the apartment, with their own bathrooms. This makes it the ideal choice for two couples or a family. Two sets of bedlinen are supplied, as well as towels.
This apartment is ideally situated both for the beach and for the amenities of the town. It is only five minutes walk from the beach, where the promenade leads to the marina, another ten minutes away. It is situated in new Bonanza Square, which is a lively and attractive area with a fountain and trees, and outdoor restaurants, and two good supermarkets two minutes walk away, as well as a chemist, English book shop, and many other amenities. The beautiful Palomo park is only a few minutes walk away, a large park with a lake and many different types of flora and fauna. There are childrens play areas and outdoor cafes. It is a wonderful place both for strolling, and for children to feed the rabbits and ducks and other animals
A car is completely unnecessary, as everything is in close walking distance of the apartment. The town of Arroyo de la Miel is only 10 minutes walk away. There is an extremely good bus service to all parts of the coast and inland, as well as open top double decker buses to view the different areas of the resort and the marina. There are many excursions on offer, to Seville, Cordoba and Granada, as well as to Gibraltar and Morocco. The beautiful Spanish city of Malaga is close by, with its ancient cathedral and Moorish castle and narrow streets of the old town. It is a wonderful contrast to the modern cospmopolitan resorts on the coast, and is only a half hour bus ride away..
