St Pargoire is an unspoilt village, set in yinyards, yet close to the Mediterranean. The house is a terraced house, close to the local ammenities. It has a garage on the ground floor and the living space on the first floor which sleeps 4/5. There is a separate studio sleeping 2 on the ground floor. There is a first floor terrace, and a second terrace and small swimming pool in a courtyard behand the house. The house has a stylish mixture of modern and traditional decor, with a large sitting room leading onto a kitchen/ diner, which leads to the first floor terrrace. It has basic equipment for small children. It has air-conditioning, a washing machine and three fridges.
