Ideal for a family holiday, our townhouse is in a gated complex less than 5 mins walk from the golf club house, driving range and 5 star hotel of the Vila Sol resort.
The house is fully air conditioned with sky,dvd,plasma television.
Large diningroom/lounge and seperate room on ground floor used as playroom or 4th bedroom with toilet/shower room
upper floor has 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, 2nd bedroom can be double or twin.
In basement there is a 3rd bedroom, toilet/shower room and a 5th bedroom with sofabed but no outside window.
The kidney shaped pool has a bridge and a shallow walk in entrance and the gardens have little gazebos and plenty of places for hide and seek.
We have a gas barbecue on the roof terrace and 2 other terraces both sides of the house to provide shade all day if wanted, both all have tables and chairs.
All guests get free use of vila sols beach club , 10 mins drive away with complementary towels, chairs and shades and kids facilities
