The apartment & terrace is wheelchair friendly, most of the pavements are wide & have dropped kerbs.
It is one of only 8 apartments in this lovely little development and is situated on Nissi Avenue, in the heart of the glorious Nissi Beach area of Ayia Napa.
Sleeping arrangements include 1 double room (en suite), 1 twin room and there is an enormous double sofa bed in the lounge.
There is a wide choice of restaurants available in the immediate locality, a supermarket and hire of bicycles and cars close to the apartment. The busy centre of Ayia Napa is approx 30 minutes walk away; a 5-minute bus or taxi ride in the opposite direction brings you to the WaterWorld Waterpark - the largest in Europe.
Cross over Nissi Avenue to find a selection of beautiful beaches to suit the requirements of a 2-year-old, to a seventy-two-year old! All with the famously clear waters. The closest is 5 minutes' walk from apartment to sand!
