This delightfully tranquil setting is ideal for families and couples alike.
After a highly successful first year's rental, we are delighted to offer Villa Aija for a second year. This detached home is set in a small enclave of privately-owned villas with a backdrop of mountain views. Set back from the road, it nestles in its own walled gardens housing banana palms and other tropical flora. Its swimming pool is ideal for children and adults alike as it is 1.54 mts. deep with gently gradating steps at one end.
There are also sunbeds, tables and umbrellas for use in the garden, along with beach towels.
There are 3 bedrooms which sleep 6 people with an additional 2 foldaway beds for younger visitors . All are decorated beautifully and all of the bedrooms have their own secure balconies ideal for that relaxed breakfast.
On the first floor there is an en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom and a second, family bathroom.
On the ground floor there is a further large shower room, ideal when exiting the pool.
The fully fitted kitchen houses all brand new white goods.There are contemporary white sofas and dining room furniture in the open plan lounge-diner.
Step out of the three French doors onto two marvellous terraces which house outside dining furniture along with a barbeque. Both the garden and the pool can be lit at night so there is no need for the adults to stop their enjoyment when (if) the kids are in bed!
Our English housekeepers are on hand in case of emergencies or for enquiries regarding the villa and surrounding area.We can also arrange for transfers to and from Dalaman airport, charges to be paid locally. We have had a delightful response from visitors and have secured two repeat bookings already. One even commented: 'The description in Dalton's didn't do the villa justice!'
