This lovely apartment is situated on the Villa Florida complex in the heart of Caleta De Fuste with its large selection of shops and supermarkets only 5 mins walk from the sandy beach.The airport is only 10 mins by taxi or local bus.Was fully renovated and decorated in 2006 with fans in each room&satelite tv.It has a very large sun terrace with 2 sunloungers, table and chairs and sun parasol over looking the lovely pool with children's section and free sunbeds. There is a reception, a bar serving snacks and meals throughout the day including an all-day full English breakfast, good entertainment and a pool table. Over the road there is also a children's play area. 1 double bedroom, 1 very small box room which can be used as a single bedroom for a child/storage room or dressing room (no window) and double sofabed in lounge. Fully fitted kitchen with microwave, toaster and kettle etc. Bathroom with shower over the bath. Airport pick-up services and welcome packs are also available.

In the heart of Calet De Fuste. Half an hour by car or bus from Corralejo and Jandia.
Lots of shops and restaurants adjacent to apartment. The lovely safe sandy beach is only 5 mins walk away and the new Atlantico shopping centre 15 mins walk away or 5 minutes by free bus, with a bowling alley, cinema and numerous shops and restaurants. The marina is just 10 mins walk away with boat trips, wind surfing, jet-ski hire, scuba diving and deep sea fishing. A lively Saturday market is within a few mins walk and the new water park at Corralejo is half an hour away by local bus or taxi. Boat trips available to Lanzarote on glass bottom boats (chance to see some dolphins) and good shopping in the resort of Puerto Del Carmen. Details available on request.
There is a £50 (non refundable) deposit, per apartment per week required to secure your booking, and a 100 euro security bond to be paid at the beginning of your holiday which will be refunded on return of the keys and confirmation of no damage. The balance (non refundable) will be due 8 weeks before departure.
