This bright & airy apartment close to beach is private and secure, being located on the first floor. It is extremely well appointed and has two large balconies with loungers, tables and chairs. It benefits from sun all day, real sun traps. Up to 4 people can sleep comfortably; all beds have deep British style mattresses making for a good nights sleep. There is the provision for an extra child or infant to stay, details on request. The lounge is spacious with large glass doors onto the front balcony. It has a three seater sofa, armchair, dining table with 4 chairs chairs, SKY TV and CD/DVD player. The kitchenette has a full size British style cooker, fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave and breakfast bar with stools. There is an ironing board and iron, should you need it. Bedroom 1 has twin beds and ample built in wardrobes, a chest of draws, side tables and mirrors, it also benefits from a ceiling fan. A door leads on to the back balcony overlooking the gardens with views to the pool. The second bedroom has twin beds and a large chest of draws, side table, built in wardrobe and a mirror. There is door to the back balcony overlooking the gardens with views to the pool. The bathroom consists of full size bath with shower, bidet, European WC and large sink. Water is provided by electric emersion heater. Both outside areas have outside lights for evening entertainment. The paths in the gardens and around the pool are lit in the evening. There is a childrens play area in the gardens located far enough away not to cause a problem with noise. For your peace of mind we provide smoke alarm and fire blanket. This is a very safe island; however we do provide a safe. There is daily refuse collection. Calan Porter offers plenty of family-orientated entertainment without having to drive, ideal for all ages.
Please note the apartment is normally available from 2pm on the day of arrival but must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure to allow for cleaning.
