With 5 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms inside, a full cabana on the deck, and 6 toilets for your convenience, the villa has eighteen seats for dining, 10 in the breakfast room, 8 in the formal dining room.
There is also a large lounge with flat screen wall mounted TV, 3 other TVs, DVD/VCR, and a music centre. There are CDs, films, and books for your enjoyment. A designer kitchen with ice making fridge & freezer, dishwasher, washing & drying machines in the laundry room.
Outside, there is a full 40' lanaii, 40' screened deck, with heated pool, hot tub, fountains & waterfall. There is an electric BBQ on the deck, and a full cabana.
Outside the deck, there is a 40' open air patio for hardened sun worshippers, and beyond that, a badmington/ volley ball net facility.
Walmart & Publix, with banks & liquor stores are each one mile away on the main road. There are many restaurants within walking distance, and new ones being finisshed monthly, in this holiday boom area.
Stay in at night and watch the Disney fireworks in two parks, sitting on the furnished balcony to the bedrooms. See the lights of Old Town, Kissimmee, or the balloon flights most mornings, right over the villa.

Comments: Fees are £70.00 low season, £80.00 per night mid and £90.00 per night high, high being Easter & Christmas. This includes all household costs, local taxes and cleaning/ laundry costs on departure. The only other charge is £15 per night for pool heating, advisable, out of summer. Deposit of 10% prior to booking, balance four weeks before start of stay. A security deposit will be taken on arrival, in case of damage to property. Payment can be in sterling or US dollars.
