This villa is situated in an ideal location close to both Salir and Loule. The International Airport of Faro is just half an hour away by car. This area boasts unspoilt landscapes and the beaches are only about 20 minutes drive away. There are golf courses a short distance away. The villa was completed at the beginning of 2001 and is used throughout the year so always remains comfortable and homely. The villas accommodation comprises of a large entrance hall, kitchen, utility room, lounge and dining area, 3 spacious bedrooms - the master bedroom has an en-suite bath and shower room - and 2 additional shower rooms. All the bedrooms and lounge are fully air conditioned. The French windows in the lounge lead onto an extremely large balcony with breath taking panoramic views. The balcony spans the length of the villa and is complete with swinging hammocks and table and chairs for those wishing to dine outside. There is a large modern kitchen with a splendid double oven gas range and a very large fridge, there is a separate utility room next to the kitchen. The private swimming pool is a substantial 8 x 4 metres and is overlooked only by the large sunbathing terrace. You will be met on arrival at the airport but a car is essential.
