The area is ideally situated for golfers and family holidays, there is horseriding just a three minute walk away. The villa is just a short stroll from Villamartin Golf Club and the Centre which has many restaurants, bars and shops including supermarket, bank and chemist. All facilities are open all year. There are numerous sandy Blue Flag beaches within easy reach, just a few minutes drive away.

Comments: Payment should be made by cheque or Direct transfer. 50% non-refundable deposit required on booking, balance due 6 weeks prior to departure,(if departure 6 weeks or less full payment is due when booking). A security bond of 100 euros is payable which will be refunded at the end of the stay provided keys are returned and there are no breakages. A facilities charge, to include cleaning and a welcome pack, of 55 euros is payable locally on arrival. Late or early arrivals/departures may incur additional local fees. Airport Transfers from either Alicante or Murcia can be arranged.
