Our villa is situated on a residential development called Quinta de Perogil just outside the town of Tavira, which is in the east Algarve region of Portugal. It is the first villa on the right after turning left at the top of the hill and has a commanding view over a landscaped valley in the centre of the estate. Log-burning fireplace and wireless Internet recently added.
Facilities
We have four bedrooms (1 double & 3 twin) and two bathrooms (1 en suite) upstairs with a spacious lounge opening onto a wide terrace, a large kitchen/dining room and a cloakroom downstairs. The central staircase also leads up to the roof terrace from where there are spectacular views of Tavira, the coastline in both directions and the surrounding hills to the North. The two front bedrooms open onto a secluded balcony overlooking our own large swimming pool within a garden shaded by trees and surrounded by a hedge. Just beyond our garden is a tennis court.
