Pernera is a lovely resort which caters for everyone, young and old! It makes a great base for families with it's safe beaches.
The villa itself has three bedrooms and one bathroom on the first floor.There is a large open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and living areas. There are two sofas, one being a double bed. There is also a downstairs toilet. Outside there is a private pool,extra shower, patio area, wooden dining table & chairs and barbeque.
The villa has full air conditioning and heating for the cooler periods. It has a fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave and oven as well as a washing machine. There is plenty of cockery & cutlery to serve twelve people as well a plastic glasses for the pool area. NO SINGLE SEX GROUPS PLEASE.
