BLUE SKY VILLA. A large, private villa sitting in its own grounds with magnificent views to the sea and mountains. Conveniently located, the sandy beaches of Coral Bay are within a 10 minute drive, unspoilt Akamas Peninsula 15 minutes and Paphos Town 20 minutes.
Built to a high standard with large verandas, the villa is fully air-conditioned / centrally heated (it has a split unit) making it the perfect choice whatever time of year you choose to go.
The entrance hall leads to the generously furnished lounge/dining area with satellite TV, DVD and sound system. There are sliding doors out to the veranda making it very light and airy. The well-equipped kitchen, includes a full size cooker, fridge-freezer, washing machine, micro wave and ample cooking utensils. A door leads out to the swimming pool and gardens.
Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with a/c, fitted wardrobes and a safe; and a fully tiled shower room with toilet.
On the first floor are two further bedrooms, one double and one twin both with a/c, fitted wardrobes and a safe. The bedrooms lead on to a large veranda with superb views out to the sea and mountains. There is a fully tiled family bathroom with full size bath, shower and toilet.
Outside is a garden with a good size swimming pool with plenty of room for sunbathing. There are various loungers, patio table and chairs as well as a barbecue for your enjoyment.
Bed linen and towels are provided (not beach towels).
A mid-stay clean and/or linen change can be made available for a small cost of £15. Please notify at time of booking.
