Sweet Briar is a spacious 3 bedroom detached house just 2 minutes walk from the unspoilt beaches of the North Norfolk coast.
Located on the private Bush Estate in Eccles on Sea it has good sized front and rear gardens. The rear garden is fully enclosed, child and dog friendly and perfect for BBQ's.
With its own drive there is ample parking for 3 cars. Sweet Briar has been tastefully decorated and comes well equipped. In the large open plan living/dining room you will find a large screen TV,DVD,Video,Sound System,Play station and board games to keep you entertained and a fantastic wood burner(as well as night storage heating)to keep you warm and cosy.
The 3 double bedrooms offer 2 double beds,2 single beds and a cot. The kitchen comes with a electic cooker,dishwasher,washing machine,fridge freezer and a microwave. The bathroom consists of a bath,basin,toilet and electric shower.
Eccles on Sea is just 5 minutes drive from Stalham (with its Tescos superstore). 10 minutes from the Norfolk broads and only 30 minutes from Norwich a beautiful city and Great Yarmouth with all its fun of the fair.
The location is ideal for walking,swimming,boating,bird watching,fishing and cycling. With so many places to explore there is always plenty to do,or you can just relax and soak up the peace and quiet that Norfolk has to offer.
