Seaview Luxury Apartment
Escondido 2b is a privately third floor apartment situated in a peaceful location with Panoramic views of both the Mediterranean.

The apartment comprises of a beautifully furnished lounge/dinning room, with direct excess onto the balcony. The lounge/diner area has a sofa bed and armchair, and dinning table with four chairs. It also has a fully fitted kitchen, one bathroom and two double sized bedrooms . The master bedroom is, furnished with a double bed, bed side tables and fitted wardrobesand is ensuite. Bedroom two is furnished with twin beds, bedside table and wardrobes, and has fantastic seaviews. The bathroom has bath, overhead shower, bidet, sink and toilet.

The apartment comfortably sleeps four persons and can be booked for as little as £200 per week. You will find the apartment very well equipped including an iron and ironing board, TV, DVD player, CD player, hairdryer, washing machine and microwave.

Outside the apartment has its own balcony with outside table and chairs. If you take the steps past the front door you can excess your own roof terrace, the roof terrace covers a large area with panoramic views of both the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor. The apartment grounds boast an outdoor swimming pool.

A short 5 minute walk from the apartment, you benefit from a 5 star indoor and outdoor luxury Hotel Spa, should you wish to indulge yourself.
