Comments: A non-refundable Booking Deposit of 100 Euro or £80 of the total amount is payable on booking. The remainder is payable 1 month before the start of your holiday. A deposit of 100 Euro applies against damages. This is paid to my local property agent, John Young, on arrival and is returned on leaving once John finds the property and contents in "good order" at the end of your visit. Reduced rates are available for long-term off-season rentals.
