The apartment
Las Coronas is an exclusive development of one and two bedroom apartments, situated frontline to the sea in Costa Teguise. The complex enjoys a peaceful, elegant setting, but it also situated within a few minutes walk to a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops. The complex offers a large swimming pool; kiddies splash pool, tennis court and a pool bar. There are lovely gardens and plenty of sun beds around the pool.
Our ground floor apartment boasts beautiful views of the sea from the terrace. There are no steps into the apartment, which makes it ideal for children and any visitors who are less mobile.
The apartment has recently been completely refurbished and tastefully furnished to a very high standard. The property is spacious and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a large double wardrobe and a king-size bed; the second bedroom has a large wardrobe and two single beds. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge, which will sleep an additional two people and clothing for these people can be placed in the cupboard in the hall, which has additional hanging and drawer space.
The main bathroom features a granite worktop with two sinks, a bath with shower and a toilet. There is plenty of storage space under the sink units. The second bathroom is smaller and has a toilet, sink and shower.
The brand new kitchen is well equipped and includes oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. Plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils are provided.
Dining can take place in a choice of two areas; the large breakfast bar in the kitchen, or on the large terrace at the front of the apartment which for your convenience can be shielded from the sun by a large canopy.
The open plan lounge offers comfortable sofas and coffee tables with lamps for cosy evenings in.
Costa Teguise itself is a lovely resort- ideal for couples and families. There is plenty to do by day and night, including a visit to the 18 hole golf course, just a five minute drive up the road and the water park, which is fun for all ages.
