Our apartment and bunglaows are situated on the lower level of the valley of Puerto Rico in the South of Gran Canaria sheltered from the prevailing winds. The only resort on Gran Canaria where lots of watersports and excursions can be found from the 2 beautiful marinas such as Big game sport fishing, sailing, fun boats, diving, jet skis, parascending, Dolphin & whale search excursions and many more activities. Or just relax on the beautiful golden sandy beach.
The apartments are located in such a demanding position our guests return year after year, being mostly on the lower level of the valley there are very few steps & no transport required for these locations. One bedroom apartments are not too close to the centre so you wont be disturbed by the noise from the bars and discos till the early hours.
A tropical paradise. Why go long haul when it is all here just 4 hours from the UK. No humidity, mosquitoes, tornadoes no hurricanes, or any other hazzards just sunshine 50 weeks of the year. The small friendly complexes of fully equipped private apartments with relaxing pools are just five minutes stroll away from most local amenities Golden beaches, marinas, bars, restaurants and shops.We diont over crowd our apartments for your comfort.
The apartments are fully fitted & equipped for a self catering holiday. Everything for your comfort, kettle, toaster, iron, TV, DVD/cd, microwave, hob, fridge radio, all bedding, and towels are supplied.
There is a handy supermarket and public transport close by fans are available on request.
The one bedroom properties will sleep 2-3 people and the 2 bedroom properties will sleep 1-6 we do not believe in over crowding apartments any one bedroom apartments are really only suitable for 2 people some owners try to crowd people in we wont do that,this is for your own comfort as you are our priority.
We are a husband & wife team who cater solely for our own visitors no 3rd parties hold keys to our one bedroom properties for your security. We are on 24 hour call should you require our assistance in an emergency. We can also arrange transfer from & to the airport at competitive rates should you required this service. This service is also available if you dont rent our properties please contact us.
