Latino II is a privately owned first floor fuly air-conditioned /heated apartment situated in a peaceful yaughting port called Tomas Maestre. Latino enjoys enviable views of the cosmopolitan Port of Tomas Maestre.

The apartment is elevated just a little above ground level, making it ideal for those with mobility limitations.

The apartment comprises of a spacious air-conditioned lounge / dining room with fantastic views of the port and direct excess onto your private balcony. It also has a fully fitted kitchen, a bathroom and two double sized bedrooms. The two bedrooms are of equal proportions and have fitted wardrobes, air -conditioning and they both have two single beds. It has one bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, WC, sink, and bidet.

The private terrace is perfect for people watching, and has an enviable position overlooking Thomas Maestre, there are a huge selection of traditional and contemporary restaurants and shops all within a very short walking distance from the Latino Apartment Puerto.

The apartment comfortably sleeps four persons and can be booked for as little as £200 per week. Or Short Break offers from 12.50 pounds per person per night. You will find the apartment very well equipped including an iron and ironing board, TV, DVD player, CD player, hairdryer, washing machine and microwave. Outside the apartment has its own balcony with outside table and chairs.

The apartment grounds boasts its own tennis court and out door swimming pool with direct excess onto a promenade and beach.
