Accommodation overview
The accommodation has marble floors throughout and sleeps four comfortably. Views of the Sierra Cabrera mountains and Mediterranean are enjoyed from both balconies and roof terrace - where guests can sunbathe, shower & barbecue, a fridge & radio/CD player is also supplied. The ground floor terrace is used for dining & has direct access to large shared (but never known to be busy) swimming pool in mature gardens.
Ground Floor
Lounge/dining area has open working fireplace, ceiling fans and patio doors opening to terrace which leads to the pool and gardens. Satellite 'flat screen' TV, DVD, Stereo (Radio, Tape and CD)is also provided.
Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer, gas hob/electric oven, toaster, electric kettle.
There is also a ground floor cloakroom with an additional shower.
First Floor
Two double bedrooms, both have been decorated, with several comforts added, one with new 5' bed and the other with twin beds, good quality pillows and duvets are supplied, both rooms have ceiling fans, large wardrobe space and balconies with views, additional security doors have also been added.
The family bathroom has also been upgraded and is fully tiled with bath/shower,wash basin,toilet and bidet.
Roof Terrace
Private and spacious with great view of the Mediterarrian and mountains,sun loungers,patio furniture, barbecue with marble worksurface/bar, bar stools,fridge,and shower.

Comments: Prices start from £200 to max of £430 per week,(excellent rates for long term winter rentals), fresh bed linen and towels and cleaning in preparation for the arrival of guests. The property is fully equipped with items such as an iron/ironing board, tea towels, ample crockery/cutlery, hairdryer, safe etc. An English speaking management company is on hand to assist with the benefit of their extensive local knowledge, there is also an emergency number should this be required. Full and clear directions from airports are provided and 'Basic Food Packs' can be arranged on request.
