Marbellamar Beach Club boasts an enviable location on a superb beach and not far from Puerto Cabopino, a pleasant marina with yachts, bars and restaurants. The resort is in the Calahonda area of the coast approximately 40 kms from Malaga, between Fuengirola and Marbella, and is conveniently located for local amenities.
The apartment which is available for rent throughout the year is furnished to a high standard and accessible by lift. There is a sea view and the apartment has Satellite T.V. and a well-equipped kitchenette with microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, kettle and toaster.
There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin and a sofa bed in the lounge (sleeping from 4 to 6 people) and a bathroom with bath plus shower attachment. Marbellamar Beach Club boasts two outdoor swimming pools with two children's pools, set in mature gardens while the apartment building has 24-hour reception and car parking. Clients also enjoy private access to the beach, which has a Beach Bar/Restaurant.
Supermarkets, cafés, bars, restaurants and banks which are all within five minutes walking distance. Car hire is recommended if you are to enjoy the region to the full.
The Costa del Sol is enjoyable any time of the year, and the weather between November and February is still much warmer than much of Northern Europe with a lot less rainfall. The Costa del Sol enjoys approximately 320 days of sunshine each year and climatically, the ideal months to visit are April, May, June, September and October. During these times you can rely on the excellent weather while avoiding the extreme heat and the more-crowded high season of July and August, when the temperatures can be as high as 45C . However, to compensate, these are the peak months for many of the fabulous surrounding Fiestas. Although there are plenty of these at almost any time between Semana Santa (Holy week) and October.
