The Villa
The villa has a large private garden of 2000 square metres with private swimming pool and parking for about 4 cars. Pool and garden furniture is provided.
It is part of a large 5 bedroomed villa and is a completely separate, self contained apartment, the main part of the villa is closed during the summer months and the apartment enjoys all the villas facilities including it's private pool.
The apartment consists of living room/dining area, kitchen, shower room, two good sized twin bedrooms. It is fully furnished with a well appointed kitchen. Bedding and towels are provided.
Our Spanish caretakers (English speaking) will meet you upon arrival. They take care of the pool and garden and change the bedding and towels each week.

Comments: The apartment is painted and prepared for letting every spring, and will be available for letting from Saturday 19th April 2008. We usually take Saturday to Saturday bookings. Non-smokers preferred; although ashtrays are provided for outside smoking at the stone table and chairs under the awning outside overlooking apartment and pool areas.
