Casa Amanda Moraira
Casa Amanda is situated on a fabulous mountain-side location in Magnolis which is on the Cumbre del Sol area between Moraira and Javea.
Built in 2004, the property is set on a flat plot, enjoying all-day sun and spectacular uninterrupted panoramic views towards the sea and the Bernia mountain range, as well as the rock Ifach) at Calpe in the distance.
The villa is a short drive from Moraira and Javea, and close to all local amenities (supermarket, restaurant, bars, chemist and a bank).
There is a large parking area to the front of the property with space for two cars.
To the rear is the large 8 x 4 metre kidney-shaped swimming pool, with Roman steps. There is an outside shower, spacious terraced area, with sun loungers, and a large built-in barbecue.
