In brief:
Our villa is located in a quite part of the exclusive, sort after, development of Westridge in Davenport. The villa is fully furnished to the highest standards, and includes a private screened pool and lanai which face directly south - so you can enjoy sunshine on the pool area all day. The lania does afford some shade and we also have a free standing parasol which can be moved to give shade if you desire anywhere around the pool area.
The open plan design of our villa gives a spacious and comfortable feeling inside. It room is furnished with comfort in mind, and is maintained to the highest standards.
Westridge is a well established and maintained development, close to theme parks & golf courses (see 'Tell Me More' section).
Our villa is full of many upgrades, and is equipped with everything you need to have an enjoyable and relaxing stay. We have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cater for yourselves. Each of the bedrooms has been equipped with comfortable beds, plenty of storage and each is equipped with its own cable tv. The entertainment area in the lounge includes SONY WEGA flat screened TV, a multi-region DVD playing Region 1 (US) and Region 2 (UK) DVD's - and a large selection of DVD's are provided for all ages to enjoy.
Our Mickey Room has been themed with younger children in mind and includes a cable TV of their own and a Playstation 2 with games.
Our pool area is particularly lovely. It is directly south facing so you have sun all day long, and it is surrounded by lush landscaping making it both very private and quite. Luxury garden furniture is provided as well as many inflatables and toys so the children can start enjoying themselves as soon as they arrive.
