Private 2 bedroomed villa (sleeps 4-6), with large outdoor pool, located in the quiet residential area of Las Tres Calas. Only a few minutes drive from the pretty, bustling fishing village of L?Almettla de Mar, with the lovely, sandy beaches of Sant Jordi and L?Almadrava also close by.
This traditional detached villa is set in it?s own grounds, and is secluded on all sides for your complete privacy. Through the gates there is a garage and parking for a further 2 cars, leading to gravelled landscaped areas on both sides. At the rear there is a stunning outdoor swimming pool, measuring 10m x 5m, which is entered by four roman steps. The pool is surrounded by a generous patio area, and has ambient outdoor lighting. There are sun loungers, and a patio table/chairs with parasol for alfresco dining. The villa also features it?s own rooftop terrace, giving panoramic views of Las Tres Calas and nearby mountains.
The interior is tastefully furnished and has an open plan living/dining area, with dual band television, video recorder and comfortable double sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven, grill and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and kettle. There is a conservatory to the side, offering a further dining area with views of the pool and garden.
The property has a family bathroom with bath/shower, basin, w.c. and bidet, and separate cloakroom with w.c. and basin. There are double and twin bedrooms, both providing spacious fitted wardrobes and drawers. There is a portable air conditioning unit and two electric fans.
There are two foldaway beach chairs, beach parasol and cooler box for you to enjoy those long days on the beach.
We provide fresh bed linen and bath towels for your convenience.
Groceries can also be provided for you on arrival, by prior arrangement.
