On a clear day, if you stand by the pool you can see right across the deep blue Med to the iberic islands beyond.... La Mariona sleeps up to 9 people with one single, one twin and 3 double rooms. It's situated in 3 acres of its own private grounds which is mainly olive groves, and you will never see your nearest neighbour. The magnificent blue flag beaches of L'Ampolla are only a 10 minute drive, 5Km away. There you will find a beautiful marina and some fine restaurants. L'Ampolla is on the Ebro delta which is a protected wildlife reserve, so if you like fishing - particularly the large catfish they catch there you can hire a boat and fish the river or the Med. The villa is fully equipped with sky , DVD, sun loungers, linen towels, welcome pack and all the kitchen ware you need. For the children there's lots to do. A small nightclub at the end of L'Ampolla, or Port Aventura, the Universal film studios just 30 minutes away. Don't forget you're only an hour away from the bustling nightlife of Barcelona if that's what you want. La Mariona is a private and secluded villa in Costa Dorada, Spain situated in its own olive grove. The pool is large and totally private and as you get ready to dive in you can see the magnificent views of the Med and Ebro Delta. La Mariona is just 5KM from the sea and the nearby fishing village of L'Ampolla. The villa is also only 30 minutes away from the Port Adventura Universal studios theme park - ideal for kids.
The villa is availabe all year around, with clean linen and towels provided as well as end of stay cleaning.
A welcome pack greets you on your arrival with wine, milk and local bread.
The villa has 3 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with two single beds and a single bedroom.
The views of the delta are magnificent and the pool can be lit up at night as you sit and relax after a hard day on the beach!
The villa is totally secluded within its own olive grove - which means you never need to meet another soul unless you want to.
A baby cot is available on request and so is a babysitting service if you need it.
The beaches are blue flag and there are plenty of golf courses, fishing (especially carp/cat)and water sports on the magnificent River Ebre, which winds its way from to the sea through stunning scenery and historical sites.
