Great family villa 3 mins walk to shops and bars, 5 mins walk to famous 'strip', 10 mins walk to beach yet located in quiet cul de sac.
Accomodation comprises large lounge/diner, chill out/reading room with fireplace, fully fitted kitchen, twin bedroom and full bathroom downstairs, two further large bedrooms (both with doors to rooftop terrace) and full bathroom upstairs.(Aircon to all bedrooms). We can also supply cot and high chair.
The villa now has a Wi-Fi internet access, take your wi-fi laptop and view emails and surf the net.
Outside there is 9x5m private pool, barbeque and pretty garden. The villa is ideally situated as it is in a quiet cul de sac but only 3 mins walk to nearest shops bars & restaurants. Please note the villa is NO SMOKING inside,please respect this at all times.
Car hire is not essential at this villa as it is so convenient for all amenities, we will be pleased to advise you of best places for booking excursions car hire etc if required.
The villa is managed locally by friendly english lady who will familiarise you with the villa and the area and provide an emergency contact number.
