Our townhouse is in the long established and very well maintained development of Los Naranjos de Marbella and was brand new in October 2005.
It sleeps up to 8 in 3 bedrooms plus a sofa bed and is furnished to a high standard with grey marble flooring throughout.

Bedroom 1 furnished with a double or twin beds, large fitted wardrobes, bedside units, lamps and chest of drawers, safe and the bedroom leads onto a balcony
En-suite bathroom completely finished in marble with double sink, bath with shower, bidet and toilet
Bedroom 2 furnished with a double or twin beds, again with fitted wardrobes, bedside unit, lamp and chest of drawers with doors leading onto balcony
Bedroom 3 furnished with a double or twin beds, again with fitted wardrobes, bedside unit, lamp and chest of drawers
Full Bathroom finished entirely in marble
Fully fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker etc.) leading to utility area

All linen and bathroom towels and are provided. Towels will be changed and the house will be cleaned weekly.
We can also arrange for a cot, highchair, baby bouncer, toys, an X-Box, etc to be available in the house.
There is a beautiful gated communal pool and garden area for exclusive use of the houses on our block.
Please note that for larger groups we can obtain use of other houses or apartments in the development. Please contact us to check availability.
A car is not necessary as once at the house everything is within walking distance and we can also arrange transfers from Malaga airport.

Comments: Minimum 7 nights June - August. For stays of less than 5 nights September - May a surchage of £85 will be added to your booking. For stays of between 7 and 8 people a surcharge of £50 per week will be added to your booking. We do not charge a premium for school holidays. Substantial discounts are available for long lets, especially throughout the winter.
