Great location and lovely villa
A new three bedroom villa with private swimming pool, located in a quiet residential area and only 15 minutes walk from the main bars, restaurants and beach in Kato Paphos (20 minutes from the harbour.
The villa has a private driveway with tiled patio areas to the front, side and rear of the property. A large outside table, chairs and sun umbrella are situated at the side of the villa. The swimming pool measures 7.5m x 3.5m, there are four sunloungers, two reclining chairs and a sun umbrella, as well as an outdoor shower. The area is enclosed with trellis and two side gates, for privacy and security.
To the front of the villa there is 25 metres of open green area and to the rear and side are other villas and apartments, either privately occupied or holiday lets.

Just come to the last day of our holiday,??gutted!!! Had the most peaceful and relaxing holiday ever. The villa is in great position, far enough away to be quite but close enough for a leisurely stroll. The pool is great and the dishwasher and washing machine heaven sent!
