Club Oceano is situated in the quiet Timanfaya residential area of Puerto del Carmen. The location is ideal within easy walking distance of the colourful promenade with its excellent shops, bars, restaurants and golden clean sandy beaches. The old town is also only a short walk and is a good way of sampling some of the local atmosphere with its many fish resturants.
Club Oceano is made up of 40 'chalet type' apartments built in an L-shape around a heated swimming pool and 200 metres from the beautiful sandy beach. They are either ground or first floor level and most have a sea view or a view of the pool.
The facilities on the complex include a large sun terrace with plenty of sun loungers and parasols, a swimming pool incorporating a childrens' pool which is heated during the winter months, a Jacuzzi and an outside covered pool table. The gardens are well tended and the unusual tropical plants are an interesting feature of the complex. There is also a cosy private bar, a satellite TV lounge, full reception services including fax facilities, car hire and excursions. Club Oceano continues to attract the same guests season after season, year after year and we are proud of this repeat business.
Furnished throughout to a high standard, he apartments are either one or two bedrooms and have a luxury marble bathroom, a fully fitted kitchen with full hob, oven, grill, refrigerator, kettle and toaster.
A typical one bedroom apartment also has breakfast bar and a comfortable living room leading onto an attractive patio or balcony. Some of the apartments have double communicating doors making them ideal for different combinations of families and friends. Each apartment has a private telephone and a safe deposit box. An iron and ironing board are available from reception. The apartments are spotlessly clean and regular maid service is included; bathroom towels and linen are all supplied.
