Just off of the main Rana Verde Road, you will find Milagrosa. Situated close to the town of Chiclana, the award winning Barrosa beach and some of the best golfing facilities in Spain. The Costa De La Luz is often described as Spain's last undiscovered treasure. The property, has frequently been used by film and music video producers, who were all searching for an alternative to the overpopulated and commercialised resorts. This property was recently used as a training centre accommodating 15 people. Milagrosa ( which means miraculous ) , is air conditioned in the master bedroom, lounge & annexe, and entered via a remote controlled electric gate, the property comprises of the main house which has 3 traditional Andalucian bedrooms, equipped kitchen, family shower room, lounge with 42 ' plasma and Sky TV, DVD & CD system. The dining area has a large table and seating for 12 guests. There is also a seperate ' Master Suite Annexe' that has it's own shower room with twin sinks, toilet and oversized shower area. The Annexe can accommodate a family of 4 comfortably, with it's own TV and seating area which has in the past been utilised to sleep even more guests. The grounds of Milagrosa boast a large swimming pool, small tennis court that doubles up as basketball & 5 a side soccer and an outside kitchen area for barbequing. Connected to this is a 3rd shower room and toilet.**currently being refurbished** The property is fairly well screened all the way around ensuring a level of privacy. Whilst all around is being built & developed, the owners have painstakingly tried to retain the original feel of an Andalucian home. Guests to date have come from as far afield as Scandanavia, New Zealand, South America, and of course the UK. The property is also very popular with the Spanish who use it for large family holidays. PLEASE NOTE THAT THOUGH LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED, GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO MAKE UP THEIR OWN BEDS & LEAVE THE PROPERTY FULLY CLEANED WITH ALL LINEN & TOWELS LAUNDERED READY FOR THE NEXT GUESTS.
