The accommodation is a semi-detatched three-storey house with a kitchen/diner, three bedrooms, one en-suite, plus a shower room/cloakroom and a main bathroom. The property is only a step away from the coastal path which in one direction hugs the beach all the way to Weymouth harbour and its promenade. 200 yrds in the other direction takes you to a small sandy beach and little harbour. Perfectly safe for children and launching small crafts. Just beyond lies Chesil beach and its wonderful views and walks. The Portland and Weymouth Sailing academy is just over the causeway on Portland.
