Situated in the affluent residential area of Los Balcones in Torrevieja. Los Arcos is ideal for those looking for a very private, quiet and spacious property, yet only five minutes drive from all that Torrevieja has to offer.
There are several bars, restaurants and shops within 10 minutes walk of the Villa.
The Villa was completed renovated in 2005 and offers excellent, spacious living accommodation, sleeping up to 8 people.
The property has air conditioning and consists of a spacious lounge, dining room, fully fitted and well equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and first floor terrace (which is a real sun trap).
The property has a large secluded terrace area offering complete privacy with an inviting swimming pool. There are four bedrooms made up as 1 king size (with en-suite shower room), 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin room, with a shared bathroom and a further shower room. The property has been furnished to a high standard with Gas BBQ, Satellite TV and DVD Player. Infant travel cot, stair gate, buggy and high chair available if required.
Los Arcos is located within 2 miles of the centre of Torrevieja and its award winning beaches. Murcia & Alicante airport are both within a 40 minutes drive ? where car hire is available. There are numerous golf courses all within a 15 minute drive, which include Villa Martin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor. (There are many more courses to choose from for those prepared to travel upwards of 30 minutes)
