First floor apartment in quiet residential block (lift access). Excellent location with the main Burriana beach less than ten minutes walk away, and the town centre of Nerja just 15 minutes walk away (less than 5 mins drive). It benefits from two bedrooms (1 x double, 1 x twin bedded) both with large wardrobes. Large open plan lounge and dining area is light and airy with large glazed french double doors and double window opening onto the sunny balcony, comprises of chair, double sofa bed, Tv,satellite, sideboard, cupboards and dining table etc. The kitchen is a modern open plan kitchen, and is fully equipped with oven/hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. We have bath/shower room with full sized bath. The toilet is separate toilet. There is a good sized, south facing, terrace which is a great sun trap! The apartment has full use of the community swimming pool (normally June to beginning of October), gardens and parking area.
