No 3 COASTGUARD COTTAGES (Sleeps five)

No 3 Coastguard Cottages is one of the oldest Cornish cottages in Marazion. It is situated directly opposite the large sandy beach of Mounts Bay, which is approximately 20 yards away, and a two-minute walk from Marazion centre. Situated just off the main road of Marazion and the seafront, 'The Coastguards' is easily accessible to visitors, and has private parking and sitting area at the front of the building & a private garden at the back. Although 'The Coastguards' is set nearer the road and beach than The Gew and Trevarthian, it still has an atmosphere of peace and privacy.
The children’s play area and dingy pen are right opposite the cottage.
Ground Floor
Lounge with dining table, comfy modern suite, TV,DVD, VCR and electric heater etc. Superb views overlooking St. Michael’s Mount. Spacious fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker/microwave and fridge. In the entrance hall there is a washing machine/ tumble dryer and freezer.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: Double 4'6' bed, superb views of the Bay & St. Michael's Mount. Bedroom 2: Bedroom with 2 single 3' beds, views of pretty courtyard. Bedroom 3: One single 2'6' bed, superb views of Mounts Bay. Shower room with shower cubicle.


TREVARTHIAN HOUSE (apartments sleeping from 2 to 5 people)

Trevarthian House is a large detached grade 2 listed building of architectural and historic interest. Situated in its own grounds, beautiful views of Mount's Bay, within fifty yards of the sandy beach. There is also a large car park, and laundry room on site. Although Trevarthian is situated in a quiet residential area, it is only 400 yards from the centre of Marazion, which has a variety of shops, cafes, pubs & bus services. The apartments are self-contained, fully equipped, with a television & microwave. All apartments have central heating, electric heaters, WC/bath & shower, lounge/kitchen etc.

Flat 4 Sleeps 2-4:
First floor, with views towards Penzance and Mounts Bay. Kitchen/ large lounge with 4’6” sofa bed. Bedroom with double bed.

Flat 5 Sleeps 4-5:
Ground floor, with view towards Penzance and Mounts Bay. Lounge/ kitchen & dining room. Bedroom 1 with double bed, bedroom 2 with bunk beds. Zed bed if needed.

First floor, separate garden. Views overlooking courtyard and Mounts Bay. Lounge/ kitchen diner. Bedroom 1 with double bed, bedroom 2 with bunk beds.

Flat 12 Sleeps 5:
First floor, Views overlooking courtyard and Mounts Bay. Lounge/ separate kitchen. Bedroom 1 with double bed, bedroom 2 with 2 singles, bedroom 3 with 1 single. There is a bathroom with a separate shower plus another room with toilet facilities. All bedrooms have washbasins. Accessed by outside steps.


THE GEW (apartments sleeping from 2 to 5 people)
The Gew, like Trevarthian House is a beautiful large detached Grade 2 listed building. It is situated in its own grounds with gardens to the front and rear and has spectacular views facing St Michael’s Mount and the sea. It is directly opposite the large sandy beach of Mounts Bay, which is approximately fifty yards away, and a two-minute walk from Marazion centre. Situated on the main road of Marazion and the seafront, The Gew is easily accessible to visitors, while the private driveway and gardens allow the buildings to be set back into an atmosphere of peace and privacy.

The accommodation on-site is split between seven apartments in the original Victorian building and a further six developed in the post-war era. The apartments are self contained and refurbished to a very high standard. There is an office and free laundry on-site as well as a large private car park shared with Trevarthian House guests. The nearest bus stop is at the end of the drive.

MALVERN HOUSE (Sleeps four)

This two-bedroom maisonette overlooking St Michael’s Mount has one of the most spectacular views in the region. The accommodation is approximately twenty yards from the sandy beach and the centre of the village is only 2 minutes away. There is a pay car park within twenty yards or guests can park for free at the Trevarthian House car park which is two mins walk. Malvern is self-contained with 2 bedrooms, lounge, WC/bathroom , dining-room/kitchen, television, DVD, VCR and full household equipment, with overnight storage heaters.

Floor 1.
Lounge with wooden floor, TV, electric heater etc. Superb views overlooking St. Michael’s Mount, 20 yards from beach. Kitchen with wooden floors, washer/dryer. fridge freezer. Free storage heating over night, electricity included in price.
Floor 2.
Bedroom 1 with 4’6” double bed, superb views of St. Michael’s Mount. Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds.
