THE VILLA
This privately owned, fully air conditioned non smoking villa is located on the golf community of Esprit
Our beautiful villa is close enough to Disney to allow you to go back to the villa at lunch time have a swim then return to disney to enjoy the firework displays in the evening.
Our location means that you can avoid the busy 14 road, so that you will not spend your time sitting in the car in a traffic jam - local roads will take you speedily to the park

The lounge is comfortable with TV and Hi-fi, and there are also views into the pool
Our wonderfull swimming pool is fully enclosed. As you step into the clear blue water you can enjoy the luxury of your own south facing private pool. At night the pool is floodlit allowing you enjoy a swim before bed,Optional pool heating is available should you need it (nov to april)
The large, sunny, extended pool deck is furnished with luxury pool furniture, there is a table, chairs and sunbeds. Everything is provided for your comfort and relaxation inc towels.
Our shady lanai provides the perfect area to cool down, and get out of the sun should you wish it
The Master bedroom boasts a king bed with ensuite facilaties
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has twin beds all bedrooms have celing fans and cable tv A short walk away there is a large communal swimming pool with cabana, changing rooms, picnic/BBQ area, tennis and basketball, and a boardwalk leading to a stunning 600 acre lake, Guests have free use of these facilities, and an access key is provided at the villa.

we are situated on the 9 hole golf course of Polo Park There are numerous top golf courses available in the area.
LOCAL AMENETIES
we have a walmart within 5 mins from our home stocking everything possable
Just 2 minutes away on the 192 is a well-stocked Publix supermarket, stocking everything you would need
A shopping plaza alongside provides video shop, hairdressers, Medical Centre Papa Johns takeaway who will deliver pizzas to your door, and a library where you can borrow books and videos, or use the internet free
Whatever you want to do, Esprit is the perfect location for your Florida vacation. Just 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and an hour or so from the Gulf or Atlantic beaches, there is so much to do. All the shopping malls are nearby too.
