Opal Villa is an individual villa (not on a complex), sitting on an elevated and terraced plot which has the benefit of a large and mature garden.
The villa can be divided into two individual units if so desired.
The main villa has three double bedrooms on the first floor, one of which is en suite.
The lower ground floor contains a large, light & airy, self contained apartment with a further two double bedrooms. The apartment can be accessed by stairs from the main villa or by it's own external door. It can be separated from the main villa by locking an internal door.
The villa benefits from it's own large (10m x 5m) pool, plus a small childrens paddling pool.
